3For vendors
- Leads shared through this platform are provided as-is, based on information submitted by institutions. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of this information.
- We do not guarantee that a lead will result in a sale, meeting, or any business outcome.
- Vendors are solely responsible for their own pricing, offers, contracts, and conduct in any dealings that result from a lead.
- Misuse of institution contact details for purposes unrelated to the submitted requirement is not permitted.
4No liability for outcomes
We are not responsible for:
- The quality, accuracy, or delivery of any product or service exchanged between an institution and a vendor
- Any dispute, financial loss, or damage arising from a transaction or agreement made outside the platform
- Delays, non-response, or miscommunication between parties
Any agreement reached is strictly between the institution and the vendor.

Information submitted (institution details, requirements, contact information) is shared only with vendors relevant to that specific requirement. We do not sell your data to third parties for unrelated purposes.
6Changes to the platform
